Delivery & Returns
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, simply enter your email address in the ‘notify me’ section and you will be the first to know when it is back in stock.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Bermuda and select countries. On select products, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to select destinations ONLY. Any shipments outside of these jurisdictions are NOT currently available.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed (unless pre-arranged). Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. ‘Business day’ means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

In certain cases, we can provide wholesale customers with pre-determined delivery windows to suit their operational needs.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of your order. In the case of special orders, these costs are included in the quoted sale price. To find out how much your order will cost, please send us a link to the product you wish to purchase, and we will provide an estimate within 48hrs.
Additional local delivery charges may apply large or heavy items.
You will be advised of any extra charges before finalizing purchase of item.

Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Bermuda Janitorial Supply! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit.
You will receive an email notifying you of your store credit. Bermuda Janitorial Supply will also keep record in our database should you misplace record.
